HELP!!!!!!!! emails not saved to sent folder
We inadvertantly set an Outlook policy that that turned off saving in sent. For about 2 hours most users sent emails were not saved there
Is there a way to get them in the folder from the server or outlook 2010???

1. Not sure what the policy you set exactly does or handle this prevention but you probably can't get them back as I assume the backups havent completed as it only happened during that period. I'd ask for them to be sent back to them from the
recipients, which may be painful, depending on how many emails were sent out etc...
2. Save your message tracking logs for reference.
3. I assume that some users may be complaining, target them and ask them to contact recipeint.Sukh

Hi,
You can try the following:
Open
Outlook->click the File menu –> click the
Options link ->in the Options window select the
Mail tab->scroll down to Save Messages section->you will see ‘Save copies of messages in the Sent Items folder’->check
it
